If you’re looking for a modern New York City wedding with the most beautiful couple, an emotional ceremony, and an absolute party of a reception, you’ve come to the right place!
Courtney and Kyle were married on the rooftop of Westlight at the William Vale Hotel in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The weather was perfectly sunny and clear (hello NYC skyline views!), creating the perfect backdrop for their emotional ceremony. They waited to do their first look until Courtney walked down the aisle and Kyle’s reaction was the sweetest!
After their ceremony, guests stayed on the rooftop for cocktail hour while Courtney and Kyle took the most breathtaking sunset portraits. Once everyone moved downstairs for the reception, it was party time. Their meal was cocktail-style, so there was an abundance of hearty snacks: a carving station, a potato station, passed lobster rolls, a raw bar…needless to say, guests were well-fed!
The details were understated and modern: black and white minimalist stationary, white florals with accompanying greenery, bouquets with unique blooms, and hanging greenery to warm up the reception space. The design complimented Westlight so well without overpowering it, so shoutout to Rosehip Social for achieving such a thoughtful vision.
As guests mingled, a few VIPs gave toasts and enjoyed Courtney & Kyle’s first dance. From then on, everyone hit the dance floor until the very last second, when Courtney & Kyle were sent off with a bubble exit.
