As destination wedding planners, we frequently travel to different countries across the world to immerse ourselves in the culture and expand our knowledge of the global wedding planning industry. One of our more recent travels was to Tuscany, and we fell in love with the vast landscapes and vineyards, romantic villas, and historic estates—each offering an ideal setting for a luxury destination wedding in Italy.

Capacity: Up to 100 guests
Located in the Chianti hills, Castello Vicchiomagio is the perfect, romantic backdrop for your Italian wedding weekend. It can host all of your weekend events in its breathtaking spaces, like an enchanting Renaissance garden, ideal for refreshing aperitifs. From there, enjoy their gorgeous courtyard set against the old-world charm of the castle. Finally, you can end your celebration in their grand banquet hall inside the castle, offering an elegant ambiance that creates the perfect setting for an unforgettable wedding dinner.

Since they require a minimum stay of 2-3 days for your wedding weekend, it offers an ideal venue for a full wedding experience, from a Spa day for you and your wedding party, to a welcome party and rehearsal dinner, and, your wedding day. Il Borro can accommodate up to 105 guests in their various suites and villas.

Castello di Banfi offers numerous, gorgeous event spaces, both indoors & outdoors. When you book with Castello di Banfi, you receive exclusive access to their hotel, which allows for your entertainment to be played indoor or outdoors; a huge plus!
